Instead of requiring you to commit to a CSA, Grass Valley Grains allows you to order exactly how much you want via email whenever you’d like.

The fine print:

• Orders must be at least 5 pounds, with a 1 pound minimum per product – but you can always split the order with friends and family.
• Payment can be by credit card at the time of order, or by a check deposit of $50 ahead of time. I require that you give credit card numbers by telephone only for security.
• We reserve the right to leave part of an order unfilled if, for instance, we only have orders for one or two pounds of a given item. You won’t be charged for that item and we will let you know the situation.
